To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
